Palmer Truss Tracker

Palmer Truss Tracker is a time tracking application built for Palmer Truss employees. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect the following information when you use the app: your email address (used for authentication via one-time passcode), your display name (optionally provided by you), and time tracking data including clock-in times, clock-out times, and the projects and tasks you track time against.
Your information is used solely to provide the time tracking service. Email addresses are used for login authentication. Display names help identify team members. Time entries are used to track work hours across projects and tasks.
All data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security policies that ensure users can only access their own data, unless they have administrator privileges.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to you and designated administrators within your organization.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact your organization administrator.
The app uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Supabase's privacy policy can be found at supabase.com/privacy.
This app is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
